Shipping policy

1) Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the greater of dimensional (volumetric) weight or actual weight, and the destination.

2) Processing & Delivery Time

• Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
• Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri)
  Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather, and destination conditions.

3) Carriers

We ship with (depending on destination and service availability):

• DHL
• FedEx
• EMS (Japan Post)

4) Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

5) Changes to Your Order (Address, etc.)

Changes can be made only before shipment.

6) Pre-Order Items

If you purchase pre-order items together with in-stock items, we will ship the entire order after the pre-order items arrive.
If you need in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
Release/arrival dates may change due to manufacturer circumstances. If an item is discontinued or significantly delayed, we will contact you.

7) Lost / Damaged Packages

Itsuki Japan is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipment, or lost or stolen after delivery (domestic and international).

8) Duties & Taxes (Customs)

United States — DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

• Orders placed on or after March 1, 2026: All U.S. orders ship under DDP (all products / all shipping methods).
  Import duties and taxes are included in the total price at checkout, and you should not pay additional import fees upon delivery.
• Orders placed before March 1, 2026: U.S. orders ship under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and customers may be responsible for import duties/taxes upon delivery.

Other Countries — DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
Orders shipped outside the United States are sent under DDU. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related fees.
