Shipping policy

1) Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the greater of dimensional (volumetric) weight or actual weight, and the destination.

2) Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri)
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather, and destination conditions.

3) Carriers

We ship with (depending on destination and service availability):

  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • EMS (Japan Post)

4) Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

5) Changes to Your Order (Address, etc.)

Changes can be made only before shipment.

6) Pre-Order Items

If you purchase pre-order items together with in-stock items, we will ship the entire order after the pre-order items arrive.
If you need in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
Release/arrival dates may change due to manufacturer circumstances. If an item is discontinued or significantly delayed, we will contact you.

7) Lost / Damaged Packages

Itsuki Japan is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipment, or lost or stolen after delivery (domestic and international).

8) Duties & Taxes (Customs)

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
For the following destinations, import duties and taxes are calculated and included in your total at checkout. You will not be asked to pay additional import fees upon delivery.

  • United States (orders placed on or after March 1, 2026)
  • The following EU countries (orders placed on or after September 12, 2026): Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden

DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
All other destinations, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and EU countries not listed above, are shipped under DDU. Import duties, VAT, and other taxes are not included in the checkout price. They may be collected by the carrier or postal service upon delivery, and the recipient is responsible for paying them. Carriers may also charge a customs clearance handling fee.

Declared value
We declare the actual value of your order on all customs documents, as required by law. We are unable to declare a lower value or mark orders as gifts.

Customs rules and rates vary by country and are set by local authorities, so please check your country's import regulations before ordering. We cannot predict or control whether charges will apply to your parcel.
