No Additional Import Duty Payment at Delivery
For orders shipped to the EU countries listed below, import duties and taxes are now collected at checkout.
This means that you will not be required to pay import duties or taxes separately when your package is delivered, provided that the applicable duties and taxes have been collected at checkout.
At checkout, you will see the applicable product price, shipping cost, and import duties and taxes before completing your order.
How it works
Before the change:
Product Price + Shipping
→ Order shipped
→ Import duties/taxes may be charged separately during delivery
With DDP:
Product Price + Shipping + Import Duties & Taxes
→ Payment completed at checkout
→ Order shipped
→ No additional import duty/tax payment upon delivery

For orders placed from September 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM JST, import duties and taxes are collected at checkout for the following countries:

Important: Orders shipped to the UK will continue to follow the previous shipping conditions. Import duties and taxes may therefore be collected separately during delivery.
What Is DDP?
DDP stands for Delivered Duty Paid.
Under DDP, import duties and taxes are collected in advance at checkout rather than being charged to the customer when the package arrives.
This helps avoid unexpected additional charges during delivery and makes the total cost of your order clearer before you complete your purchase.
Why Have We Made This Change?
We have seen an increase in cases where import duties were not paid upon delivery. To provide a more stable international shipping service and reduce unexpected additional charges, we have expanded our DDP shipping method to the countries listed above.
